Bath Springs

close

I decided to post this separately, and I feel this does very much come under the TMA remit, whilst also taking into account the ancient pre-Roman antiquity and cultural siginificance of the site.
Sadly, it's a politically related post again, but then, our heritage is under constant attack these days:

Its the Mendips we should be worried about as well, the two companies apparently have covered a 'large area of ground' between Priddy and Bath!
I cannot believe that it would happen in all that beautiful countryside;(...

Tim Yeo quote..
"There appears to be nothing inherently dangerous about the process of fracking itself and as long as the integrity of the well is maintained shale gas extraction should be safe."

Yes we have heard that one before, at least Tessa Munt is against it.

I'm not beyond a good swear (but do try to reserve it for other online outlets) but for fuck's sake this is ridiculous!

And irreversible.

Horribly dangerous.

What can we do?

My head hurts with it all, I don't even know what to say :-S

Fracking linked to earthquakes in Lancashire... The more I read about it the less I like it.
