Ergo, if there *is* a problem (which I remain unconvinced of), then the issue is drivers behaving irrationally, and not an unavoidable consequence of the road closure.However, there's a *very* vocal campaign behind the dualling of the A303, and I wouldn't underrate their ability to play the media.
