Would I ever suggest such a thing :-). Keep 'em coming EH would say as it will help fill the restaurant while the others who are interested will wander around the ropes. Just out of interest Nige, do the coaches have a certain time allowed 'on site' do you know or can they stay as long as they like?

I don't think there's a time limit but I've seen EH saying they hope visits will last a bit longer in future, 2 plus hours. Tour Cos will probably not want to stay too long anyway.

Try as I might I can't see a lot wrong with the broad solution. Details, yes, lots but not overall. And you still haven't said how you'd deal with it (democratically!).
