Anyone give a rat's arse? I doubt it, the people of South Wales want electricity too.
Currently the hills above the Rhondda, the one part of the landscape that survived the industrial revolution that scarred the valleys and slopes, are being carpeted with wind turbines. I don't mind them, but they most certainly intrude on the landscape when you're in the hills.
