I like Arthur very much but all this "it belongs to the nation so it belongs to me" stuff doesn't compute. "I have a dream.....to re-erect the fallen Stones, replace the lintels and rebuild our Temple". Really? Well I don't, and it's mine, so now what?

"Free the stones maaan, they belong to us all" - what, leave them unguarded? No thanks.

You have to have an administrative authority, and rules, you can argue about what the rules are but not about the fact someone is imposing them.
