My understanding of the situation is that a parliamentary announcement is imminent and that a permanent visitor centre will be built at Airman's Corner or Fargo Plantation.

If it's to be the latter then there will be protests.

Fargo perhaps won’t be chosen because DCMS realise the protests would hold up planning permission and that would delay things.

We can at least be grateful to the NT for rightly digging heels in.
