I'd probably burn a CD of live Fleetwood Mac and give it to them - ask if they wanted to go and see a film! No, but seriously, you'd match the tracks to a known wheelrim - somehow.

Film makers manage it, so say 19th and earlier century scenes often have two grooves from carts pulled by invisible horses!
