What format are they in? Wrl/Max DXF?
Is it 'Lego land' stuff or photorealistic?
I haven't been impressed enough to buy a copy yet and my request for a review copy didn't get me a freebie. ;)

OK, if they're DXF files anyone fancy converting them into a Doom WAD file and adding a few barrow wights and having a Silbury/Avebury Deathmatch?

ask a serious question, go on holiday, and this is what I get!

The SL book rocks ... the graphics are a bit chunky, but as it's a work about landscape analysis, it makes a lot of sense to actually provide the landscape in digital form for you to investigate for yourself

the next step is to take the analysis *into* the landscape, so you can have some form of pc giving you info about what you see as you see it, and also the opportunity to put info back in at the same time ....

but the graphics *are* pretty rubbish, I'll give you that, but it's not about the quality of the graphics, you can put that on top later - the underlying analysis is just blowing my mind everytime I look at it ...
