Man, I was doing fine, right up to the moment I started reading!

I just spent three hours with a business advisor, going over partnerships vs limited companies, salary vs dividend and variable vs fixed rate loans, and I think he just edged you on the confusometer ;)

It does require a certain frame of mind to follow :-)

Possibly needs a rewrite in time for the 2010 mid-cycle.
