I went to the dig by the cursus.

One bluestone fragment was found while I was there; the student was excited by her find.

I was surprised to be told that the dig wasn't associated with the cursus but with a henge in Fargo Plantation. I'd not known of a henge there.

I knew of it, vaguely from reading WAM.
Its Hengey-form and only small, barely visible on the ground.
I love the view of Stonehenge from there as you cannot see the visiters site or car park.
Let me know when you are down this way again as I still have your strange instrument.
