Sir Neil Cossons, Chairman of English Heritage, said: "Until now, we have let our ancestors down."

Yep!

So a land train and a poxy cafe are going to make everything alright then?

Im sure charlie dimmock and those other two could quite easily take silbury apart in a matter of hours, sieve the soil for rabbits and druids, reconstruct and de-turf it to its former glory, and turn that silly perimeter fence into some kind of neolithic 'gazebo'.
