I'm not too keen on music at sites either on the whole, but a bit of an Om? It's only meditation but I like it, like it, yes I do!

Not to mention the celebratory aspect of the solstice - a bit of dancing and cheeriness is probably quite appropriate under the circs, as long as no damage is done to the site.

Exactly.... folk have all year to enjoy being herded around Stonehenge in silence... or at least to the sound of camera's clicking and Americans loudly announcing "aw gee, it ain't as big as I thought it'd be". A bit of drumming n' cheering at the Solstice does no harm to anyone..... hellfire... I remember when the likes of Hawkwind, Subhumans and the rest used to make a right old racket nearby.

Back on the medication now....

Ach - yer right. I'm being a twit. (Twit? Hehe!)

I just find I can relax so much more when I'm enjoying the silence, such as it ever is... When we went to Yellowmead a couple of weeks ago, I was wandering about, when I just suddenly stopped, and felt unable, or unwilling to move, as I felt so at peace... Maybe I should've sat cross-legged and "Om"med a bit... Sorry - I'll give it a go next time before I take the mickey!
