Ooh, yeah! How could I forget Rempstone? One of our favourites, is that. Was a bit overgrown last time we went, and tends to have loads of "Keep Out" signs on MOST entrances to the woods, but not if you come from the footpath... ;o) Used to be visible from the road, but the Rempstone Estate seem to want to keep it hidden nowadays.

Beautiful site. Only half a circle is left now, and because it's among the trees, it's hard to see more than a few stones at a time, but the atmosphere is so peaceful...

There's a great walk up to Nine Barrow Down, which is also fantastic, and along the ridge to Old Harry Rocks. Then maybe back along Studland Heath via, as Juamei sys, the Agglestone and Puckstone. Booful.
