"how many other cupmarked stones are there in Wales?"
Darvill & Wainwright recorded "a provisonal corpus of 33 rock-sites comprising more than 37 panels" in the 2003 Proceedings of the Prehistoric Society.
Found three sites to date on the portal, l as a capstone, l probable capstone, and l near to the Cerrig y Gof chambered tomb. Which shows presumably that they were reused at a later date as stones of special significance - also these cupmarked stones are fairly close to each other, which maybe means that cupmarking people moved down from the north.....
thanks for the information.
