Cant say Ive felt any tingling or viberations whilst there, but
I too have had animal experiences there, one early morning I stopped
there whilst on my way to wales and there was a Barn owl in the tree
and it didnt fly off but eyed me as keenly as I did it.
When passing in the dark of early morning I nearly always see a fox crossing the road somewhere close to the barrow.
