Will Higgs http://www.themodernantiquarian.com/user/5551 , he asked on here about posting images of the Popping Stone back in July (?) I think, although I've looked back and can't see his post in the forums

'Tis that fella, he also posted some stuff highlighting damage to the Matfen Stone a while back, which was rather responsible of him. Led to the CA, EH inspectre and local constabulararary committing to keeping an eye on it and other local monuments.
