Great story. I must try to find some local faeries to stop the horrendous expansion of Stansted Airport on my doorstep. I was surprised not to read of any faery blocking capers in conjuction with Tara and the Irish motorway threats. Have the little people died out in Ireland too? In the past they have been effective in diverting roads and protecting trees. They, or their kin, are still pretty powerful in Iceland where they have protected rocks and diverted roads. Good on 'em!

This story made it on as a live broadcast on BBC Breakfast this morning.

Does anyone know if there have been any further developments (sic) in this story after the chap's watch exploded when he stood on the stone for a publicity photo?
