Thanks for a kind comment, Fitzcoraldo. The next piece on the way is focussed on the Maiden Bower causewayed enclosure/Iron Age monument, but is also looking at the British Neolithic in relation to what was happening in Europe more generally, and trying to get to grips with just what sort of plants the first farmers were preoccupied with to the point of moving toward fixed settlement.
