Well, as odd as it may sound, you have a point.

Under every MOD installation in the uk there tends to be some form of underground storage area, usually for vehicles food & the like.

I thought it was the extraterrestrials not the army. People have reported the sound on the Great Orme, Llandudno. Also there's something called the "Taos Hum", in New Mexico, which has pissed lots of people off.
