yup. No understanding of how the countryside works over the long term.
He would be ok for a dig at Silbaby, for a fee, which is understandable also.

Pete, I'm a complete urbanite myself, but even I know that the entire countryside is managed.

Bit of an over-generalisation. There are plenty of Pagans who have no idea about conservation, but then there are probably plenty of farmers of whom the same could be said, it pains me to say.
