...who was the comedian who came up with the name?

Not me, but what's wrong with it? There was a long discussion here about naming it. If it turned out to be genuine it would be quite nice for it to always remind people it was an amateur discovery, overlooked by the establishment. But then, if it is genuine, I bet they rename it.
