I don't think its a windmill site as it is too low down the hill and next to the old coaching road.
The mound is being reffered to EH with a view to getting it scheduled and will be raised at the next AAHRG meeting.

I was talking about Silbury, not Silbaby.

Silbaby is just a spoil heap caused by centuries of fly-tipping.
