I'm told dowsers can pick up things, like age, from old sites, not sure if it's true but I would have thought try anything, especially non-invasive things as its at a WHS. I know I've had positive readings on old buried walls and I'm only a learner

I agree, dowsing's worth a try, as it's non-invasive, and who can say whether it might show something? If Silbaby is anything, it'll be to do with water for sure. (Not too high profile though. There are those that would like to dismiss us I expect).

Not metal detecting though, that would be very very bad, whereas I'm very very good.
