It Could also be the Girt Bank?
The drawing shows Silbury as a bit rough as well.

I was about to suggest a hayrick for the first one, but the second is the same feature at a different time, (presumably).

There's a sort of cliff feature to the left of Silbury on both. Does that equate with the edge of the quarried area?

Yes, there's a definite attempt to make the smooth sides of Silbury look a little more interesting. It's bloody hard to shade on a woodcut :-)

I think it is your thing though. Perhaps it is a Thing .... could it be a Viking Thing Mound in the shadow of Silbury. Even that would be kinda nice. Bit far south though innit
