I feel this is a worrying trend that seems to be increasing through-out the west country and I fear for our other open and unprotected sites.
Aye, the circa 1700 cottage attached to the Richard Jefferies house and museum at Coate suffered vandalism this year with the thatch being pulled out and windows broken in the main house. I don't think it's only in the west country though scubi - it's symptomatic of the age we live in. In some ways however it's not as bad as the mindless institutionalised vandalism that organizations like EH are inflicting on our heritage: and there is only one thing worse than that - people on this Forum like Paulus who are only too happy to defend them in order to score a point or two on the regular contributors.

Sad little so-and-so really...

You really are pathetic aren't you LittleOne? You're all-mouth and no action as usual. I'd love to have seen what you'd have done when being awoken at Rollrights, when it was being attacked by pissed thugs. But then I know what you'd have done: shit yer load.

I have a different approach: confront them and stop it. You - you prefer to moan and moan and moan and...... Go tell mummy. You're a whinging coward mate - and y' know it. Now add summat worthwhile to TMA. If you can.
