Brought up in Hooky nearby and an Oxon boy all my life, they are a magical place for me. We used to go hunting for fairies and would sit by the King Stone for hours waiting to see something. October is a great time to visit too, the Jurassic Way is amazing when the season is turning.

Cheers Wychers. The view - from either side of the road - was top hole. Really gave me a boost. Would be a fine spot without the stones, but it's just totally magical with them.
