I like it where he says 'THis could have been an act of mindless vandalism or it could have been something to do with the Celtic Beltane festival'. So vandalism is all to do with the state of mind of the perpetrator? Oh it's all right if I'm smashing up this phone box, because I'm celebrating my birthday. Or something . Anyway it's quite funny.
