Hmm, I see what you mean. If you search for 'kit' you can pick its alternative name off the list (kit's coty house) and then it'll let you in. It's beyond me why but it works. Perhaps you should email McGrail.

Re: the apostrophes, searches will fail if the apostrophes are curly rather than straight ... if your computer is set up funny (wrong) it may give you a curly one instead of a straight one.
