Looking at the map I notice that there are standing stones at Down Barn on Overton Down. Just north of North farm, they are by the Grey Wethers. Just wondered if they have a different name on this site, TMA mentions them as well, but I can't find them here.... (125693 approx. map 173)
and to go back to cup marks, I reckon Stanton Drew has some as well. I'm sure the female stone in the cove has one. I've always thought of it as a draining hole (for blood), at least a symbolic one....
