Calling Paulus! Cup marks?

Hi Paulus!

I went to see if I could photograph the cup marks you mentioned, but couldn't find 'em!
Which bit of the cross are they on?

I've looked for the cup marks on Cowper's Cross a couple of times to and never found anything that looks likely.

Hi Dave
They were on the horizonatal section of the cross. I aint been here in years, but can't see that they'd have faded away (unless I was dreaming!). Though I recall the cross was vandalised a few years back and resurrected so might have changed position. I'll have a venture up misself and check it out again now you've said this.
