Hey up,

Sorry couldn't tell you...this was 1985 when I was doing my YTS in the pre-Barnatt at PPJPB days really....Ken Smith was the main man back then. The map showed in large scale the route of the "thing" through the fields.
Wa interested to read your fieldnotes....I'd sorta forgotten about it and sided with the glacial theory.....maybe another visit is in order....see where I stand now.

I'll keep my eye out for the map then.

Let me know if you are heading over to it and fancy a companion for wandering about. I'm really not sure wtf is going on, I need to go back and have another look at a couple of bits I think.
