This "standing stone" appears to be a natural protrudence from the bedrock:

And this "cairn within standing stones" doesn't seem to fit the description:

Show us something prehistoric and we'll probably identify it for you.

The wall in the second photograph could be prehistoric - and that does look like a standing stone in front of it ...
