Taped both - sounds like we're in for a treat....

On the 'age' of brochs, I'm pretty sure that summat I read when I was first getting into rox n bumps n stuff put them at medieval - no idea what it was tho.

Mebbe that used to be the thinking, but everything I've read since puts 'em earlier.

No No No They date from about 200 BC and have been shown to have evolved from indigenous house building styles and techniques - no invading Celts! It is reckoned they got to be built bigger as statements of status.
