I got an e-mail last week from someone campaigning against the building of a film studio at Aberthuven, asking for details about this stone. That set the alarm bells ringing, as presumably that meant he thought the site was under threat.

However, I spoke on the phone this afternoon with one of the archaeologists from GUARD who have been involved in consultation, and they assured me there was no danger of this site being destroyed, moved or messed about with. It is listed / scheduled, and the film studio plans shouldn't affect it in any way. Phew!
