which site? The Whiteleaf? I've been through Princes Ris loads of times, and never noticed (the cross is pretty badly grown over, but there's a bid in to sort it out ...)

In fact, I was right on top of it, and never noticed the cross, until a curious gibbonnette strayed off the path ...

Wain Hill and the Bledlow cross are even stranger, if such a thing is poss ... might nip up tonight ...

These also are places I never went to. I look forward to seeing your report. As for myself, I have two local dolmens to do tonight and a weekend stuffed with passage tombs perched on top of hills.
