I'm absolutely starving hungry and everytime I flick into TMA and see this post the heading to me reads -

"Tofu found in the wellow valley"

.... I've now had to go and eat a cake to stop my tummy rumbling!! :o)

If you flicked on the american tufa site, you would have seen that one must not get mixed up with tofu/tufa one was in the lake the other was at the local store - and its much healthier than cakes
