um, why does a longbarrow and a Possible stonecircle have to have a causewayed enclosure associated with it?
I'm not sure What is at Faulkland but I feel there was something there that warrants further investigations.
There were a lot of barrows in that area that have been destroyed, Priest Barrow, Barrow Vale/hill etc
mostly in a line from Stanton Drew
There is a little investigated fort at Tunley (ST 68350 59209 and a smaller one at ST 69231 89489) on the other side of the Wellow brook and there maybe something at Amesbury near Timsbury.
The settlement near Buckland down (ST 71891 51719) might be causewayed but I haven't visited it yet...
Have you visited the Devils Bed & Bolster yet? (ST 81501 53319)

To add to your list, Burl mentions a possible stone avenue at Twinhoe, about a mile from the Stoney Littleton Barrow. Apparently the stones were incorporated in a farmhouse, theres a 1966 somerset report somewhere in the library, will check it out one day but I don't think it said much. Drove down there the other day (Twinhoe) its very small, farm settlements, upper and middle Twinhoe, I think it would have been the farm down by the brook; there's also a barrow on the other side. Notice in village "Please Drive Slowly free ranging children and animals...

It doesn't, but I kinda feel it should as I don't know of any causewayed enclosures that near Bath.

Not been to Devil's Bed and Bolster yet, its on my dwindling list of must see's within 30 mins drive from Bath. Plus I've only just got the OS map between Bath and Avebury. There is a cairn on the ridge the other side of the Avon from Wellow I want to go see as well.
In fact I recall you telling me there are some stones on that hill, do you remember that?

I have seen the fort on the ridge at Tunley. Trouble is you can't get onto it due to the farm in front of it kinda spreading all over it. I need to go back and try for a complete circuit as its hard to work out whats still left tbh and the stuff you can see from the footpath is hidden behind a hedge.
