By coincidence i was watching a tony robinson thing on the box this evening. thing is i rarely watch him or time team purely because of the sea henge episode. i thought the way the team dealt with the people protesting the henge's removal and the little backward glances at the camera behind the hippies backs was more than a bit out of line. I'm sure there's a valid argument for leaving the henge in its sacred place for the sea itself to eventually erode away isn't there? I mean the protestors weren't being selfish on every level and the possibility that certain pagan rituals still occured in that vicinity would surely give the case for leaving it some validity wouldn't it?

made me angry the clumsiness of it, or perhaps the clumsiness of the programmes editing. which leads me to Tony Robinson... tell me that he's one of the good guys so that i can go forward cos even this evening i thought ' aye up, there's the little weasel that ripped the sea henge out of the sand and laughed at the heads'
