Is this the olden days or now (post end of hostilities)? You guys seem to go all over judging by your posts. Is it still a hassle?

I used to play in a band a few years back, we got a flat tyre on the way out of Belfast one night and the spare was right in at the back of the drivers seat so all the gear had to come out. So there we were standing on the side of the road in the middle of the night on the outskirts of Belfast with two keyboard stands (which look for all the world like rocket launching equipment with the tripod and folded out arms, when an armoured car screeched up beside us with guns pointing out from every crevice. Needless to say, once we explained ourselves they didn't offer to help change the tyre. Was a bit sticky for a few moments though!
