Boughey & Vickerman's book, "Prehistoric Rock Art of the West Riding". Damn good overall, though there are a few 'carvings' (a dozen or so) they've included which are nowt of the sort, aswell as many real carvings which they've not included in the book. Such is life...

PRAWR is an acedemic book and so must follow the rather stupid acedemic conventions, like mentioning everything else which others have mentioned. Boughey does say things like doubtful, possibly natural, possible modern and the like, so you can make your own judgement
