Yes in England and Scotland but I said the British Isles where EH claim there are 1,300 including those in Ireland. We need to know the details of all of those before we can truly judge surely.
We can include the surveys from the Irish sites too , (I had also inclded the Welsh examples in the description , Thom and others have surveyed the major examples ), the greater the number the greater the accuracy .It doesn't change the fact that circularity was a feature of early and bigger monuments and the later smaller monuments despite being esier to set up were no more circular and very often deviated from the true circle . Plus it would still make extrapolating the shapes of any localised monuments to a general British and Irish scale problematic ,with the particular problem of re-erection and missing stones at many of the Bodmin sites exacerbating that problem .The Bodmin sites are also limiting in the range of diameters i.e. 25m -43 m with Alturnun a bit of an outlier at 15m whereas thoughout the area considered the variation is from less than 2m to over 100m. with one obvious outlier at over 330 m .
