Is there footage of this sort of event online, from that time (around late 50's?)

Also the policeman in Pic 5 - is wearing a tunic of some sort - would this be in keeping with the event?

And there seems to be an army guy in the b/ground of Pic 6 - For some reason that seems odd to me - I didn't think the solstice attracted army people
