"I wasn't being cynical about the content just the opening line which we read every time a new theory comes along. All vey interesting."

The opening line is a product of insufficient critical thinking by editors I reckon. If they didn't give so much space to clockwork wheelbarrows for moving stones and mysterious energies between sites the impact of truly impressive stories like this would be so much more. I mean, vaporising Zircon crystals with a laser to find the exact outcrop, how cool is that?

(And yes, I do have a means of telling the two types of stories apart!)

And well, if you actually try and hunt down the site,( Pontsaeson) via a map, which I did, its next to Afon Nyfer, which just happens to empty out into the Irish Sea at Newport..

"The river rises at Blaencwm just east of Crymych. It flows northward then westward, skirting the slopes of the Preseli Hills. It passes through Felindre Farchog and Nevern, and reaches the sea at Newport" 18km long

Of course that is if I've got the right Pont Saeson, interesting though for transport ;)
