Where do they get these brain dead people on the panel from?

Half the people who visit are on coaches and it's an obligatory stop - for about 15 minutes I expect. Last time I went, people were sprinting round the circuit practically. They're expecting the pyramids and they get a crowded car park, crumby toilets, a subway and "ooh it's not as big as I was expecting".
That's who was voting. What can you do. They want a shopping mall and holograms. They don't want to use their brains or imaginations do they. They've paid their money for goodness sake.
