Thanks for the two links Pete, I don't want to sound like a flatterer but they are truly very inspiring to look at.

Seeing a full moon-rise at Stonehenge is definitely near the top of my list of "things to do before ......."

The night I referred in in my previous post was when the friend I was with pulled into the lay-by by Waden Hill - I got out of the car and had something akin to a revelationary experience, to this day I do not have the vocabulary to describe the impact the millions of brightly shining stars in the frosty night sky had upon me. Being a town dweller and not owning a car it was a rare opportunity.
