Quite, that's what the Proposal suggests. We all have slightly different hopes for the future of Stonehenge (no private flights over Stonehenge, some out-of-sight toilets and first-aid facilities at Stonehenge itself are some of mine) but these are details, they don't matter in the greater scheme of things.

Let's not fragment our unity over details - let's just get this show on the road :-)
