With the possible rider that if we from our pitiful resources and limited knowledge-base can put something together that looks half viable then it becomes absolutely incumbent upon anyone who wants to adopt an alternative solution for ten times the cost over ten times the timescale to look very seriously at what we say and absolutely prove we've got it completely wrong.
