Very good, Jim.

The problem as I see it is: the Highways Agency must have their dual-carriageway on the A303 and that's what's driving the whole process. Unfortunately, for the government, the Stonehenge landscape is in the way.

It's the A303 which is seen as the priority, not Stonehenge.

D'you think there's a real plan though Baz? Isn't it just a case of congestion, money and damage to Stonehenge all being equally politically embarrassing and irreconcilable, so no-one can break out and do anything? Leave it till we're not in office sort of thing?
