Here's one for a start: http://www.megalithomania.com/show/site/936 . There are two churches built right next to each other and the difference in alignments is very clear.

There's a big thread on TMA from years ago (possibly from around the time I visited the above site) where we discussed this. At the time I thought it was unique(ish) but folks kept naming instances. I shall try and find the thread when I have time and bump it up.
