Phew!

Well, I'm sitting here now, glowing like a big red lightbulb after several hours of uninterrupted glorious sunshine (it hurts!), with a somewhat smug, self-satisfied feeling of a huge achievement... I can hardly believe it was only yesterday!

What amazed me the most was that, several times, we'd pull the levers - pullpullpullpullpull - and suddenly it'd be "OK - you can release them now!" And I'd think: Is that it? It wasn't all so easy, but when that block went, it sure went!

I had an absolutely fabulous time, and I'm sure everyone else did. It was hard work, but very rewarding! To see that block - that WE raised! - sitting on top of those logs, was amazing...

So there you go - it CAN be done! It HAS been done! And next time we'll do it even BETTER!
